Compliance on Demand provides security compliance automation services, including Essential 8 reporting, vendor risk assessments, policy management, and vCISO reviews. Our services are designed to help Australian businesses meet their compliance obligations.

We offer various subscription plans as detailed on our pricing page. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. Refunds for paid subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance on Demand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and any outstanding fees become immediately due. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
